So. I got enough of those huge squishy pillows and other odds and ends to help everyone find seating and be comfortable. Also I so changed those drapes into something a bit more colorful. I would spend some more time shopping but I suppose there should be a limit to how much I can carry by myself. If I had help, I would have gotten that cute little kissing chair, but oh well, I suppose that would be next time.
Kyrie dear, I hope you don't mind that I brought back a few treats as well as some new furniture~

What a dreary gray day. I am so going to the Range after this week is done. Maybe we should drag everyone out for a real party as well. I know a simple beach party just will not do.

I'm glad you like it, dear.
voice;
Though I don't think I've ever heard of a kissing chair?
Perhaps I could go with you, next time? It could be fun.

It's a small couch really with two seats. The reason it got it's name is for the way the seats are turned so that when people sit, they are facing each other.
I would like that. We could drag Nero with us to carry things!
voice;
O-oh. I don't think I've ever seen anything like that before.
I'm sure if we both asked him he'd agree. Though we'll have to wait until he's not so busy...

They're darling, but some people just do not like them at all. I had one back home with a fainting lounge and oh, I so miss them.
Of coure we can.
no subject
Why don't they like them? And what is a fainting lounge?
no subject
Well, they think they can only be used for courting couples, that's why. And fainting lounges are like little couches with high backs you can sit and read on without needing pillows to prop yourself up with.
action?
Ah, these are delicious! I've never had anything like it before.
Oh, I see what you mean. And a fainting lounge sounds very comfortable.
sure~
They are. I suppose they got their names because some women wear their clothing so tight they need something to collapse in when they faint.
[is still arranging the room]

Where did you get these?
Mmm, perhaps so. [And that's a small smile, a light chuckle at the thought of those delicate women fainting.] I don't imagine it's a purpose you've ever had to engage. I can't imagine you ever fainting.
Ah, did you need any help?

[Elie has no problem moving the furniture around; like Nero said, she is robust for a lady >.>]
Mmhmm. I use them because they are comfy reading chairs.
If you want to help me with the curtains and some of the dusting, that would be wonderful.

Father Abel is very fond of his sweets.
Perhaps we could look for a fainting lounge as well, when we can finally go shopping?
Yes, of course. [She picks up the dust rag and polish, but puts them down nearby in order to help with the curtains.]

[smiles despite the teasing because she does like Abel]
We can look at whatever you want, darling.
[gets the new rods out and starts fussing with the way the curtains look]
